TERMS OF DELIVERY
We apply a minimum order amount of €20.00
Shipping costs are free on orders above €150 (excl. VAT). Below this amount, the costs are as follows:

All prices are without obligation and apply while stocks last.
Due to unexpected changes in cost prices, we reserve the right to interim price adjustments.
We also reserve the right to minor deviations in designs and models.

The minimum order quantity is 3 pairs (per type/colour/length). From 5 pairs onwards, a lower price applies. For larger quantities we are always able to provide a quotation.
Different minimum order quantities apply for bundles and rolls!

Orders with the option “Via order with your shoe supplies supplier” are sent to your supplier every Wednesday for further distribution.
This only applies to customers of Jan van Velden & Co BV and Comforta BV! Please indicate this when requesting your account.
In this case, invoicing will take place via your shoe supplies supplier.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.

Exclusion:
Custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged. This is in accordance with the law on “Distance Selling.”
